Patrick Curry

Patrick Curry, like most kids, began his fitness career early. He participated in those sports that most small towns had to offer. By the time he was fifteen, he focused only on gymnastics. After competing in high school, he went to college where he joined the gymnastics team at the University of New Mexico under head coach Rusty Mitchell. Patrick was with UNM for three years when he suffered a knee injury. Once Patrick completed his eligibility at UNM, he retired from competitive gymnastics. Afterwards, his interests shifted to fitness and nutrition. It was during this process, he learned how to maintain a great love for fitness and nutrition. Now, at thirty-six, Patrick Curry and his staff at The Competition would like to share his world renowned techniques with you in order for you to look and feel better than ever. Mr. Curry is also available for one on one personal training if you live in the Lubbock, Texas area.
