receive personal fitness tips.
These are sample exercises for fast weight loss.
They are prescribed for the beginning and intermediate individuals.
Therefore the best advice for quick weight loss, grab a partner and
DO IT NOW!
BEGINNER:
- Set aside 3-6 days per week doing nothing more than walking briskly
for a minimum of thirty minutes a day.
- Ask a friend if they would like to join you. Fitness is always
more fun when you have a training partner.
- If no one will join you, then take the dog for a walk and/or take
a headset radio. These things help take your mind off of the
actual exercise and aid in relieving the day's stress.
- Walking may be on a treadmill while watching television or walking
around the block.
- Each week or two, increase your time by 5-10 minutes.
- If you are not fond of walking then try riding a bicycle and follow
the same rules. Always wear protective headgear and protective
knee and elbow pads when riding your bicycle.
- Always carry a water bottle when performing these exercises.
- Never exercise immediately after eating or consuming dairy
products. Always wait at least 30-45 minutes after consuming
food products.
- Consulting your physician is highly recommended before
beginning any exercise program, though it is not required.
